Diversity Data
All solicitors’ firms are required to monitor diversity in their firm. They must submit the results to the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority and publish the data so that is accessible to members of the public. The data is collected via a voluntary survey sent to all staff members. No-one is compelled to answer the questions and information regarding religion and sexual orientation is excluded from the publication requirement.
Heald Nickinson carried out its most recent survey in August 2017 and 77.14% of staff responded. The results can be downloaded here.
